A personal favorite for Jabbersite writes Flipboard is in our opinion the best syndicating tool to keep tabs on your RSS subscriptions. It is a must-have for all Android and iOS owners and additionally provides feeds from other sources in specific categories such as news, technology and sports, and even lets you add in your Facebook and Twitter news feeds.
Feedly appears to be a combination of the styles of Flipboard and the now defunct Google Reader. As well as being able to follow your selected RSS feeds you can also read other content pulled from different sources on the web. The finished app is a clean stylish design which works well as a reader and is definitely one to consider.
Feeddler is a free RSS reader equipped with features that you would probably associate with a more expensive premium app. The list includes offline reading, gesture-based controls and the ability to change the style of the interface with a night mode and ability to view full web pages. All the controls in short that you need in an RSS reader and a simple-to-use interface.
Only available for the iPad at this time Perfect RSS reader is very simple to use and with a basic layout with all features needed for an effective RSS reading tool. It lacks the aesthetically pleasing design features common to a number of its competitors but should still be included for its usability.
Byline RSS reader for iPhone is a clean minimalistic RSS reader app supporting offline reading and the ability to sync with your Google Reader account. The offline reader can support up to 2000 posts and the app additionally includes a native browser o quickly access links from within article text.
